ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE SOUTH 1 .8 FEET OF A TWENTY
FOOT ( 20' ) UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN LOTS 7 AND 8 , BLOCK 37 ,
DOWLEN WEST UNIT XXI , BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the south 1 .8 feet of the utility easement shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lots 7 and 8 , Block 37 ,
Dowlen West Unit XXI , also known as 1330 Galway , Beaumont,
k` Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same is hereby , vacated and
abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law .
