ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING KENTUCKY STREET FROM
FLORIDA SOUTH TO CARDINAL DRIVE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Kentucky Street from Florida lout i to Cardinal Drive, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof be,
and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 19 13 .
