ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING CHEEK STREET FROM EAST
VIRGINIA TO COLORADO STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Cheek Street from East Virginia to Colorado Street be, and
the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, but such area is
retained as a general utility easement for maintenance of
utilities located therein, and that title to such property shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
