ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE EASTERN TEN ( 10) FEET OF' A
TWENTY ( 20) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN BLOCK 1 , LOT 7 , CAROLINE
PLACE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Eastern ten ( 10) feet of the utility easement shown on
the plat attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Block 1 , Lot 7 ,
Caroline Place Addition, also known as 8545 Allison Way , Beaumont,
Jefferson County , Texas, be, and the same is hereby , vacated and
abandoned , and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law .
