ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN
ALUMINUM INSTALLATION COMPANY ON
PROPERTY LOCATED IN A GC-MD (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL - MULTIPLE DWELLING)
DISTRICT AT 5095 CONCORD.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit to operate
an aluminum installation company on property located in a GC-MD
( General Commpercial - Multiple Dwelling) District at 5095 Concord ,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, to Raymond Jones, his heirs ,
representatives, successors , and assigns for that certain property
hereinafter described; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizens , subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That all conditions necessary for issuance of a specific
use permit have been met and the specific use permit for an aluminum
installation company on property at 5095 Concord , in accordance with
Section 30-26 and Section 30-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Beaumont, as amended , be granted to Raymond Jones, his heirs ,
legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
Section 2 .
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly
issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the
site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
