ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH .A
HOUSEHOLD MOVI14G AND STORAGE BUSINESS IN
A GC-MD (GENERAL COMMERCIAL - MULTIPLE
DWELLING) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit to
establish a household moving and storage business in a GC-MD (General
Commercial - Multiple Dwelling) District on property described as
Block 29-A, Tract 1 , Lot 1 , College Acres Extension, and Block 11,
Tract 3 , Columbus Cartwright Addition #1, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, also known as 1275 S. Eleventh, to Rodney Allison, Lessee his
heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns for that certain
property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That the eight (8 ) conditions necessary for issuance of a
specific use permit have been met and a specific use permit to
establish a household moving and storage business in a GC-MD (General
Commercial - Multiple Dwelling) District on property described as
Block 29-A, Tract 1 , Lot 1 , College Acres Extension, and Block 11,
Tract 3, Columbus Cartwright Addition #i , Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, also known as 1275 S . Eleventh, in accordance with Section
30-26 and Section 30-40, as amended, is hereby granted to Rodney
Allison, Lessee his heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns for that certain tract described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.

Section 2.
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly
issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the
site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
