ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING 14TH STREET FROM PECOS
SOUTH TO ANGELINA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 14th Street beginning at the south right—of—way line of Pecos
Street and extending south to Angelina Street be, and the same is
hereby, vacated and abandoned, but the portion of 14th Street
described herein is retained as a general utility easement for
maintenance of utilities located therein., and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law .
