ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AN
8 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN
LOT 36 OF CALDER TERRACE ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 8 foot utility easement shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lot 36 Calder Terrace
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same is
hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
