ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
10 FOOT STREET LIGHT EASEMENT IN
LOTS 5 AND 6, BRAMBLEWOOD ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 10 foot street light easement shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lots 5 and 6 , Bramblewood
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County , Texas, be, and the same is
hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
