ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
WESTERN ONE-FOOT OF A TEN-FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 6, BLOCK 1,
EVANGELINE MEADOW ADDITION, UNIT I,
ALSO KNOWN AS 1054 MEADOWLAND,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain western one-foot of a ten-foot utility easement
as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lot
6, Block 1 , Evangeline Meadow Addition, Unit I, also known as 1054
Meadowland Drive, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the
same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
