ORDINANCE NO. - 70
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
WEST FOUR FEET OF A TEN-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT IN LOT 11, BLOCK 2,
EVANGELINE MEADOW ADDITION, UNIT II,
ALSO KNOWN AS 9390 NORTHMEADOW
DRIVE, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain west four feet of a ten-foot utility easement as
shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lot 11,
Block 2, Evangeline Meadow Addition, Unit II, also known as 9390
Northmeadow Drive, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
