ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF RIVERS CIRCLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a portion of Rivers Circle as described herein, be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law;
Being a 50-foot portion of Rivers Circle
right-of-way located north of Hollywood Avenue,
bounded on the east by Lot 8 of the Rivers Terrace
Addition and also bounded on the west by the south
half of Lot 1, Rivers Terrace Addition, Beaumont,
Texas.
(PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
