ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF EDGEWATER
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Edgewater Drive from Broadoak to the eastern terminus of
Edgewater, as described herein, be, and the same is hereby,
vacated and abandoned, subject to the retention of a 20-foot
utility easement to run along and being parallel with the
northernmost right-of-way line of the herein described portion of
Edgewater Drive, and that title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law;
Being a 50-foot right-of-way described as
Edgewater Drive beginning at Lot 8, Block P,
Pine Island Bayou Estates, and extending
generally in a southeasterly direction a
distance of approximately 900 feet to the
southeast boundary of Lot 22, Block P, Pine
Island Bayou Estates.
