HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 82-50 ORDINANCE NO. :la- so ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A STORAGE LOT' FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIP- MENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF S. ELEVENTH AND EUCLID. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit to establish a storage lot for construction equipment on property located on the southwest corner of S. Eleventh and Euclid to Ace J. Clark, Leasee from owner, his heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns for that certain property hereinafter described; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter described conditions; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the specific use is designed to meet the conditions of Section 30-26(e) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 1. That a specific use permit to establish a storage lot for construction equipment on property located on the southwest corner of S. Eleventh and Euclid, in accordance with Section 30-26 and Section 30-40, as amended, be granted to Ace J . Clark, Leasee from owner, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 2. That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of Section 30-26(e) of the Code of Ordinances and the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
