ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
SOUTHERNMOST 1.5 FEET OF A 20 FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 13, BLOCK 12,
DELAWARE PLACE II ADDITION, ALSO
KNOWN AS 4740 LITTLEFIELD STREET,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 1.5 feet of a 20 foot utility easement as shown
on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" and being out of Lot 13, Block
12, Delaware Place II Addition, also known as 4740 Littlefield
Street, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be, and the same is
hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
