ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING OREGON STREET FROM
CUNNINGHAM TO UNIVERSITY STREETS
AND CUNNINGHAM FROM FLORIDA TO
OREGON STREETS AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Oregon Street from Cunningham to University Streets and
Cunningham from Florida to Oregon Streets be, and the same are
hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law. The City specifically does not
abandon the general utility easement existing within such streets
and a general utility easement is hereby retained within Oregon
Street from Cunningham to University and within Cunningham from
Florida to Oregon Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
