ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
15-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 2, ANDERSON
ESTATES ADDITION, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 15-foot utility easement as shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "All and being out of Lots 6 and 7 , Block 2 ,
Anderson Estates Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, and
the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
