ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF CORLEY STREET
FROM I-10 WEST TO HILLEBRANDT BAYOU
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of Corley Street from I-10 West to
Hillebrandt Bayou and more fully described as follows :
A 60-foot right-of-way, beginning at the
west right-of-way line of Interstate 10
south and extending west to the east
right-of-way line of Hillebrandt Bayou a
distance of 210 feet;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
