ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STANDARDS
FOR AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES AT MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
THAT the minimum standards and requirements for the conduct
of commercial aeronautical services and activities at Beaumont
Municipal Airport be amended to add two ( 2) more sections:
1 . Late Payments : All persons making payments to the
City which are more than two ( 2) weeks overdue
according to their contract payment terms, shall pay a
late charge of one and one-half ( 1-1/2%) percent per
month on the outstanding balance.
2 . Termination, Lack of Insurance : Should any insurance
required by any contract executed in compliance with
these standards lapse, the contract shall automatically
terminate as of the time and date of such lapse and the
Fixed Base Operator shall immediately cease all
operations covered by such contract at the Airport.
