ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
5—FOOT STREET LIGHT EASEMENT LOCATED
ON LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 11, TANGLEWOOD
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 5-foot street light easement described as a
2-1/2 foot utility easement along the West line of Lot 21 and
2-1/2 foot utility easement along the East line of Lot 22, Block
11, Tanglewood Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, Volume
10, Page 103 map records, be, and the same is hereby, vacated and
abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law.
