ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A !110 '9 10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AND A 22.5 FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 22, BLOCK 17, OF THE CALDER PLACE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT that certain utility and drainage easement described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and depicted on the plat in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto as provided by law .
