ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LOCATED IN BLOCK 7, LANGHAM ADDITION
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as follows:
A 20 x 300 foot alley abutting
Lots 55 through 64, Block 7 ,
Langham Addition the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, and depicted on the plat
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all
purposes,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1980.
