ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 30, 1979 AND
ENDING OCTOBER 1 , 1980 BY ALLOCATING AND
APPROPRIATING $5 ,072.00 FROM THE TRANSIT
IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE BEAUMONT
MUNICIPAL TRANSIT PARATRANSIT SERVICE
PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing September 30 , 1979 and ending October 1 , 1980 be,
and the same is hereby , amended by allocating and appro-
priating $5,072.00 from Fund 760 of the Transit Improvement
Fund to the Beaumont Municipal Transit Paratransit Service
Project.
