ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 30, 1979 AND ENDING
OCTOBER 1 , 1980 BY ALLOCATING AND APPRORIATING
$50, 000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC BUILDING AND LAND FUND
TO THE FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period
commencing September 30, 1979 and ending October 1, 1980 be, and the
same is hereby , amended by allocating and appropriating $50,000.00
from the Public Building and Land fund to the fire station
construction project.
Section 2 .
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to
+-e- accept bids of Norstock Steel Bldg. Co. in the amount of
$948,290.00 for Fire Station #1 and Winter King & Son in the amount
of $360,411.00 for Fire Station #9.
