ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING AN ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 3 ,
OF THE FLOWERS ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as
follows:
Being a 15 foot by 110 foot alley running
in a north/south direction, the same being
bound on the east by Lot 7, Block 3 , of
the Flowers Addition, and on the west by
Lots 8 and 9 , Block 3, Flowers Addition,
as per map or plat of said addition on
file in the office of the County Clerk
of Jefferson County, Texas.
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
