ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR
THE FISCAL PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1,
1979 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1980, BY
ALLOCATING AND APPROPRIATING $40, 000
FROM THE STREET SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT FUND
TO AN ACCOUNT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
REGINA STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the
fiscal period commencing October 1, 1979 and ending September
30, 1980 be, and the same is hereby, amended by allocating
and appropriating $40, 000 from the Street System Improvement
Fund to an account for the construction of Regina Street.
