ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
$210, 000 FROM THE PARKS IMPROVEMENT
FUND TO A FUND FOR INSTALLATION OF A
HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
SYSTEM FOR THE HARVEST CLUB; AWARDING A
BID TO NATKIN SERVICE COMPANY; AND
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $210, 000
from the Parks Improvement Fund to a fund for installation of a
new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system for the
Harvest Club.
Section 2.
The bid of Natkin Service Company in the amount of
$188, 232 for installation of a new heating, ventilating and
air conditioning system for the Harvest Club be and the same
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute a contract with Natkin Service Company for instal-
lation of said project.
Section 3.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance, or the application of same to a
particular set of persons or circumstances, should for any
reason be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the remaining portions of this ordinance, and to such end the
various portions and provisions of this ordinance are declared
to be severable.
