ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING AN ALLEY ABUTTING, BLOCK G,
PENNOCK AND POTTS ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE RETENTION OF
A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as
follows:
Being a 20 foot by 287. 9 foot alley running
in a north/south direction, the same abutting
the eastern boundary lines of Lots 6 and 7,
Block "G" , Pennock and Potts Addition,
Beaumont, Texas .
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned and that
title to such property other than the rights reserved herein
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law; providing, however, that the here-
inabove described tract of land is expressly retained by the
City of Beaumont for general utility purposes only.
