ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING AN ALLEY LOCATED IN
BLOCK 15, OF THE WEST OAKLAND ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as
follows:
Being a 20 foot by 227 foot alley running
in an east/west direction, the same being
located between Lots 13-16 and Lots 17-20,
Block 15, West Oakland Addition, Beaumont,
Texas.
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by
law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
this the day of 1980.
