ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
THREE FOOT PORTION OF A FIVE FOOT
BY THIRTY FOOT GUY WIRE EASEMENT
LOCATED IN BLOCK 13, HOME ADDITION,
TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain anchor easement described as
follows:
BEING the eastern most three feet
(3' ) of a five foot by thirty foot
(5 ' x 301 ) guy-wire easement runnina
east/west from the rear property lines
of and two and one-half feet (2. 5 ' )
on either side of the common lot lines
of Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3) , Block
Thirteen (13) , Home Addition, to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
be. and the same is herebv, vacated and abandoned and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto as provided by law.
