ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING
EIGHT THOUSAND ($8,000) DOLLARS FROM
ACCOUNT 74.2 CUSTODIAL SERVICES TO
ACCOUNT 61.2 PARKS; TRANSFERRING
NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($9,500)
DOLLARS FROM ACCOUNT 79.458 NON-
DEPAJZVV1ENUkL TO ACCOUNT 61.3 RECREATION
AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That there is hereby transferred the stun of Eight Thousand
and No/100 ($8,000.00) Dollars from Budget Account 74.2. Said amount
being transferred to Account 61.2. There is hereby transferred the
amount of Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($9,500.00) Dollars
from Account 79.458. Said amount being transferred to Account 61.3.
Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of
persons or circumstances, should for any reason be held to be invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
