ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF OREGON STREET
AND VERMONT STREET FROM CHEEK STREET
TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE, IN THE LAMAR
ADDITION TO TBE CITY OF BEAUMON`I',
JE EERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT that certain portion of Oregon Street located between Cheek
Street and University Drive described as follows:
A 60 foot by 480 foot tract of land comprising
the entire Oregon Street right of way between
the north right of way line of Cheek Street and
the south line of University Street.
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and became the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
Section 2.
THAT that certain portion of Vermont Street located between Cheek
Street and University Drive described as follows:
A 60 foot by 450 foot tract of land comprising
the entire Vermont Street right of way between
the north right of way line of Cheek Street and
the south right of way line of University Street.
