ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING AN ALLEY LOCATED IN
BLOCK 12 OF THE JARRETT ADDITION
IN BEAU11ONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING
THAT A PORTION OF SUCH ALLEY BE
RE'T'AINED AS A GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 20-foot alley easement described as follows:
20' X 300' alley in Block 12 of the
Jarrett Addition in the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property other than the rights reserved herein shall revert
to and became the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law; (provided, however, the City of Beaumont will retain
the North 10 feet of the West 155 feet of said alley for general
utility purposes only.)
