ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF TWO 16-FOOT
UTILITY EASEL'S LOCATED IN THE
SOMERSET VILLAGE ADDITION OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMCNT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMCNT:
Section 1.
THAT that certain utility easement described as follows:
BEING the northernmost three feet and the southernmost
three feet of a sixteen foot utility easement running
in an east-west direction, beginning at a point on the
western right-of-way line of Monica. Drive and extending
west a distance of 84 feet, and located eight feet on
either side of the common lot line of Lots 57 and 58,
Block 5, Somerset Village Addition, Beaumont, Texas.
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that tile
to such property shall revert to and became the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that the City of
Beaumont hereby relinquishes all rights, title and interest it had
