ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
$51,400 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED WATER
FUND TO THE STREET FUND PROJECT
NO. 720-72-082 (FLORIDA/HIGHLAND
STREET PROTECT) ; APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL
AGRF'F= NO. 1 TO SAID PROJECT;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
There is hereby appropriated to the street fund project
No. 720-72-082 the amount of $51,400 from the unappropriated water
fund.
Section 2.
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute supplemental agreement No. 1 to the Florida/Highland
Street Paving Project to provide for the relocation of a six inch
and eight inch water line.
Section 3.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of
persons or circumstances, should for any reason be held to be invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 4.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
