ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR TFM
ORLEANS PLAZA AND THE FLORIDA-HIGHLAND PROJECTS, PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That the appropriation in the Major Street Fund for the Orleans Plaza
Project be increased from $120,000 to $143,000 from unencumbered resources
of this fund.
Section 2.
That the appropriation in the Major Street Fund for the Florida-
Highland Project be increased from $785,000 to $900,000 from unencumbered
resources of this fund.
Section 3.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of persons or
circumstances, should for any reason be held invalid, such invalidity shall
not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, and to such end the
various portions and provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared
severable.
