ENTI'T'LED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON
LOT 5, BLOCK 8, NORTH MARY HOWELL ADDITION
IN BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain 2.3 foot portion of a 7.5 foot utility easement
described as follows:
The most Southerly 112.5 feet of the East
2.3 feet of that certain 7.5 foot utility
easement located upon the West 7.5 feet
of Lot Number Five (5) in Block Number
Eight (8) , North Mary Howell Addition to
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, according to the map or plat of said
Addition recorded in the office of the
County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and became the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
