ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A PORTION OF A 20 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ON LOT 3, BLACK 2 OF THE EVANGELINE WEST
ADDITION, UNIT II, IN BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.:
THAT that certain 1.5 foot portion of the 20 foot utility easement
described as follows:
BEING the southernmost one and one-half foot
portion of a twenty (20) foot utility ease-
ment running in an east/west direction, being
one hundred nineteen (119) feet in length,
said twenty foot easement located ten (10)
feet on either side of the common lot line of
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Evangeline West
Addition, Unit II:, Beaumont, Texas,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
