ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A 20 FOOT BY 660 FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCK 25
OF THE CARTWRIGHT AND ROBERTS SUB-
DIVISION "A" IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: J
THAT that certain utility easement described as follows:
BEING a 20 foot by 660 foot utility
easement located parallel with the e C
southern boundary of Block 25 , Cart-
wright and Roberts Subdivision "A" 7�
to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson (a C -3 - 7�
County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and
that the City of Beaumont relinquishes any and all rights,
title and interest therein.
