ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE
OF LOTS 1-7, UNIT C, BEAUMONT
WEST ADDITION, SECTION ONE, TO
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of a utility easement described as
follows:
BEING the western nine (9) feet
of a sixteen (16) foot utility
easement located parallel with
the rear property line of Lots
one (1) through seven (7) , Unit
C, of the Beaumont West Addition,
Section One (1) , to the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ' of the City of Beaumont
