ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF TWO UTILITY
EASEMENTS LOCATED IN LOTS 2 AND 3
AND LOTS 6 AND 7 OF BLOCK 5 OF THE
SOMERSET VILLAGE ADDITION IN THE
CITY OF 'BEAUMO-NT, , JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of two ('2);.utility easements described
as follows:
BEING the northernmost three (3) feet
and southernmost three (3) feet of a
sixteen (16) foot utility easement
running in an east/west direction,
located parallel with and eight (8)
feet on either side of the common lot
line between Lots Two (2) and Three (3) ,
Block Five (5) , of the Somerset Village
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Texas,
each portion being three (3) feet in
width and eighty-four (84) feet in length;
BEING the northernmost three (3) feet
and southernmost three (3) feet of a
sixteen (16) foot utility easement
running in an east/west direction,
located parallel with and eight (8)
feet on either side of the common lot
line between Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) ,
Block Five (5) , of the Somerset Village
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Texas,
each portion being three (3) feet in
width and eighty-four (84) feet in length;
be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that
the City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes all rights, title
and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
