ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
TEN FOOT (10 ' ) BY SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY
FIVE FOOT (6751 ) SANITARY SEWER EASE-
MENT LOCATED IN BLOCK 12 OF THE ANNIE
T. WARREN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain sanitary '8eWgr.,.easement described as follows:
BEING a ten (10) foot by six hundred
seventy-five (675) foot sanitary sewer
easement running in an east/west
direction along the southernmost ten
(10) feet of Lots four (4) , five (5)
and six (6) of Block Twelve (12) in
the Annie T. Warren Addition,
Beaumont, Texas
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that
the City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes all rights, title
and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
this the day of 1979.
