BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the pledge and release by Hibernia National Bank
of the following securities as collateral for City accounts which will be held at the Federal
Reserve Bank, Atlanta, effective June 24, 2003.
