ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR A DENTAL
OFFICE ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 1,
BLOCK 2, OAKS ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH A "SITE PLAN" .
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1981, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Beaumont recommended the issuance of a
specific use permit for establishment of a dental office to Thomas
Gautreaux , and his heirs, representatives, successors, and
assigns, for that certain property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of
the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
That a specific use permit for a dental office in
accordance with Section 30-26 and Section 30-40, as amended, be
granted to Thomas Gautreaux , his heirs, legal representatives,
successors and assigns for that certain property described as Lot
1 , Block 2, Oaks Addition, also known as 2305 Laurel.
Section 2 .
That this specific use permit herein granted is
expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and
detail of "Site Plan" attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and made a
part hereof for all purposes.
