UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOTS 8 &
9 , BLOCK 10, THE PARK ON THOMAS ROAD,
SECTION III, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain utility easement described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION FOR AN EASEMENT ABANDONMENT IN THE PARK ON
THOMAS ROAD SECTION THREE
BEING the West 26 feet of a 36 foot wide utility easement adjacent to
the East line of Block 10 of the Park on Thomas Road Section Three, a
subdivision according to the map thereof, recorded in Vol . 14 Page 70
of the Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas and said 26 foot wide
strip of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows: _
FOR locative corner begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of said
Block 10 of the Park on Thomas Road Section Three, the same being the
Northeast corner of the Park on Thomas Road Section Two, a subdivision
according to the map thereof, recorded in- Vol . 14 Page 1 of the Map
Records of Jefferson County, Texas ;
THENCE South 89 degrees 13 minutes West along the South line of said
Lot 8 a distance of 10 feet;
THENCE North 0 degrees 47 minutes West parallel with and 10 feet West
of the East line of said Block 10 of the Park on Thomas RoadSection
Three a distance of 10 feet to the Southeast and beginning corner of
the tract of land herein described;
THENCE continuing North 0 degrees 47 minutes West parallel with and 10
feet West of the East line of said Block 10 a distance of 355.6 feet to
a point 10 feet South of the North line of Lot 9 of said Block 10 of
the Park on Thomas Road Section Three;
THENCE South 88 degrees 23 minutes 33 seconds West parallel with and 10
feet South of the North line of Lot 9 of said Block 10 a distance of 26
feet;
THENCE South 0 degrees 47 minutes East along the West line of said 36
foot wide utility easement a distance of 355.23 feet 'to a point 10 feet
North of the South line of Lot 8 of said Block 10;'
THENCE North 89 degrees 13 minutes East parallel with and 10 feet North
of the South line of Lot 8 of said Block 10 a distance of 26 feet to
the place of beginning.
