ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LOCATED IN BLOCK 3 OF THE LANGHAM
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as follows:
Being a 10-foot alley , running in an
east/west direction, bounded along the north
line by Lots 21 through 25 and bounded on
the south line by Lots 26 through 30; all
said lots and alley located in Block 3, of
the Langham Addition, Beaumont, Texas;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY TH ' CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
