ORDINANCE NO. �l- 7
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF COLORADO STREET
LOCATED BETWEEN BLOCKS 14 AND 15, LAMAR
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of Colorado Street located between
Blocks 14 and 15, Lamar Addition, described as follows:
Being a 64-foot portion of Colorado Street
right-of-way running in an east/west
direction and bounded on the north by Block
14 of the Lamar Addition and on the south
by Block 15 of the Lamar Addition; said
64-foot portion beginning at a point 382
feet west of the intersection of Colorado
Street and Cheek Street, and further
depicted on the plat attached hereto as
Exhibit "A1l and incorporated herein for
all purposes,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned , and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
