ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
2. 5—FOOT PORTION OF A 10—FOOT UTILITY
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOTS
2 & 3, BLOCK 8, OF DELAWARE PLACE,
SECTION III, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain utility and drainage easement
described as follows:
Being the westernmost 2.5 feet of a 10-foot
drainage easement, running in a north/south
direction, located 5 feet on either side of
the common lot line of Lots 2 and 3 , Block
8 , Delaware Place Addition, Section 3;
be, and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto as provided by law .
