EN`^ITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LOCATED IN BLOCK 341 NORTH BLANCHETTE
FIRST ADDITION BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain alley easement described as follows:
Being a "T" -shaped alley located in Block 24
of the North Blanchette First Addition and also
being in the block bounded by Blanchette,
Avenue E, Royal and Avenue F Streets said
alley bounded on the north by Lots 1-,5,
Block 34, of said North Blanchette First
Addition; bounded on the southeast by Lots 7-9,
Block 34, North Blanchette First Addition; and
bounded on the northwest by Lots 10-12, Block 34,
North Blanchette First Addition, and further
depicted on the plat attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all
Purposes subject to the retention of 20 foot by
300 foot utility easement in that portion of
the above described abandonment running from
Blanchette Street to Royal Street;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall _revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1981.
