BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to reallocate funds in the amount
of $15,000 from the 1999 Consolidated Block Grant Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Gateway Senior Housing, Ltd., in the amount of$15,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
June, 2003.
